if we get it back then we can increase our pc interent speed 

1 : first open Run menu ( windows key + R )

2 : find there Local Computer Policy and click there

3 : click on Computer Configuration 

4 : Administrative Templates

5 : Network

6 : QOS Packet Schedular

7 : Limit Reservable Bandwidth

Now double click on the Reservable bandwidth and to ENABLE it change it to 20% to zero .

In This way you will get more speed  for internet .
